While watching HGTV, I noticed when an agent was trying to sell a house, they made it a priority to point out the windows and the blinds. It was almost as if the windows were updated, it was such a big deal. Apparently, windows are a very important part of a house. They bring in the light, light brings a happy, clear attitude and mindset, therefor, grungy, outdated and dark windows aren’t exactly ideal when selling a house. A lot of times, people choose not to dress up their windows with blinds when selling a house to bring in as much light as possible, however, with the right blinds, you shouldn’t have a problem.
